The miles-by-state export from their ELD and the statement from their fuel card become the IFTA return, the filing packet, and NY, KY, NM, OR and CT weight-distance taxes. Every row shown for review.

From their USDOT record and the states they run: UCR, IFTA, IRP, Form 2290, MCS-150 and the state taxes, with alerts 30, 14 and 7 days out. Free for one truck, no card.

Your code, your page and the statement go live within two business days of a yes. There is nothing to sign up for on your side and nothing to pay.

Straight talk, before you ask
- TruePermit is software. We do not file with any agency, hold permits or stand between a carrier and the state. Your clients stay the filer of record.
- We are a small company run by its founder, with support by email, answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. No phone line yet.
- Payments run through Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so your clients' cards and invoices sit with a US payment company. Payouts to partners are monthly, once an account has paid.
- No exclusivity, no minimums, no cost. If it isn't working for you, say so and we turn the page off; the accounts you sent keep their discount.
